I had booked the monthly subscription last month by their sales executive who had put up promotional stall outside society in Electronic City 1, Bangalore, but till date I have not received the delivery, we have asked for the refund several times through your customer care but every time false commitments.
Is this the way you treat your new customers? I assume this is the new service you have launched and if this the way you are going to treat your customers then all the best for your future..

I signed up for daily flowers with dailypooja campaigners at bigbazaar for the month of June. my order number: 100006144 I have received only on these days this month: June 2nd, Jine 4th and Jine 6th. Your customer service chat at your page has gone mute now. They used to chat until yesterday. emails to [email protected] has no response.
