Send My GIft – Failed to delivery

Dear Consumer complaint .

I have placed a product on jan-30-2016 from send my gift online shopping portal. before place the product i checked the delivery availability options .Yes it showed yes delivery available to 574239 pincode . i have a screenshot of this . and again i confirmed the with customer support team by checking about delivery to 574239 .they said yes it its available . so i place the birhtday gift(flowers bunch and hlf kg black forest cake and greeting card ) . this has to deliver on feb 5th 2016 but unfortunately i got a call from send my gift at 6.30 9108953011(mobile number ) they said we are not getting seller to deliver the product . if they are not able to deliver they shuld not take the orders . they are all playing the with customer s .Pleas i have got an email from send my gift on feb 4th 2016 like we are going to deliver this product on feb 5th 2016 no need to worry . then y they are not delivering if they have promised they sholud do. please take this as a serios complaint ,many online portals are doing this kind of new sense .

I was very excited when i booked the first order from Send My Gift . Your portal name looks gud. i thought of you will deliver the gift in the specified date .i booked my gift from your portal on jan-30-2016 (Order ID: 145031565) before placing the order i checked the delivery availability from your portal. you have provided the options to check the delivery availability .it showed yes delivery available to that place .again i enquired with your customer support through the chat application they said yest it is available .i rechecked with another customer support guy .he also said yes it is available .after confirmation i placed the order from send my gift. i got call from send my gift today evening after 6 pm and they said we are not able to deliver we are not getting any seller in the nearest place . i was shocked !!!. if you would have informed 2 days back atleast i would have tried to book the gift from some other portals. but informed feb 4th 2016 evening after 6 pm. the delivery date is on 5th feb 2016 . so i have few questions

1: if you are not able to deliver the product then why your taking the orders .
2: if the delivery options is showing yes delivery available to sullia ,puttur (Tq) Dakshina kannada then why you are telling seller not available .
3: okay you took the order but you are not able to deliver due to some technical reasons then you shuld have inform with in 24 hrs of booking.
