In company drop down the company name is not there, so I have selected PAYTM as I have made payment through this gateway.
I have ordered a Rose bouquet from the site “www.sendmygift.com” and made online payment for this.
Its still not delivered to the mentioned person and if I am calling to the customer care, first call itself not getting connected and if connects then person are giving wrong commitment. They don’t have proper justification.
I have orederd # 145047619 on 11th Feb and it should get delivered on 12th feb before 9pm. But still not get delivered.
Could you please file a complaint against this and take an appropriate action on this.
