I ordered a bunch of flowers with a cake. Requested for the cake to state Happy Mother’s Day for my mum (mothers day in the UK was 6th March 2016 & my mum was India). The order delivered but it was a plain cake with no gift card so my mum did not know who this gift was from. Made a complaint but no response from the concerns team Spoke to Dipankar from the company who said I could not get a partial refund but offered a complimentary gift of flowers and chocoates to be delivered on the 7th March. The latter did not arrive as concerns team refused to send. Instead sent cushion and teddy bear without emailing me first. Explained that you were breaking consumers protection act of india but still fail to address my concerns. You are cheating the customers and do not deliver the correct order. Warning to other customers do not use the website as they do not respond to complaints if they get it wrong. Will never ever use this company.
