This is with reference to my on line purchase of 7 nos. wrist watches on 18/10/2014 with reference no. 37243665993776. Further I have not received 2 watch of Casio brand model no. Edifice EF 554d 7avd & Edifice EF 556 Cornograph till date. It is now more then 18 months and I have given a telephonic complain as well as mail complain to customer care many times but no response till date. None of your customer care executive Nikita, Nisha, Monika could resolve the issue.
