I ordered BlackBerry torch in KAUNSA website using credit card on 12/12/2015 for rs. 5,499/- I waited so many days but it was not delivered and I call to customer care then they told that item was out of stock u order another one and they issued coupon for same amount after week days. Then I ordered BlackBerry play book by adding extra 70rs. Then again I selected this time only because of using coupon..of earlier amount. Again I waited for item delivery but it was not delivered and again the same thing out of stock. I ask for amount return to my account. They said ok. Till today no such refund amount received and the customer care number today I tried it was out of order.. Sir please make my amount return and take severe action on this website KAUNSA.. I wasted so much time. I ordered tablet for my office online usage. Now my time and money wasted. Please take necessary action on KAUNSA website.
