I have ordered Sony Xperia v mobile phone from kaunsa.com on 8th July 2013 and my reference id is Kaun/145582.Item was to be delivered on 24th July 2013 . When I asked them about the delivery at first they said that they will deliver the product soon but after some time they said seller was not able to deliver the product. So I requested them to refund my money instead returning my money they provided me voucher. Ultimately they said that they’ll not be able to return my money this happens to for more than 3 months.
