Sir/Madam
I am working at Airports Authority Of India, as Senior Superintendent (Fire Service) in Trivandrum International Airport, Trivandrum, Kerala.
I ordered a mobile phone at Kaunsa.com on 01.12.2016 (order no: 54112640511128) but for personal reasons cancelled the order (cancel order no. Kaun/T541126/4420112574) on the same day. I had requested for refund and hence was asked to wait for 10 days. In spite of repeated reminders and waiting for 20 days, I have been asked wait for another 10 days. But till date (12.01.2017) no respond from the company. This seems to be case of cheating, mental harassment and big waste of time. I complained to consumer helpline.gov.in and the document number is 101718.
As per the consumer helpline.gov.in, Kaunsa.com is not a registered company.
