Dear sir

I am sanjivani patil, flat no g1004 r16 booking cancelled on 23 aug 2018 still the refund is pending no action taken by abhay as we met him on 20sep 2018 he assured us the refund will proceed with 30 days it’s 44days now.

Inspit of continuous follow up visits we are still begging for our own funds. Not acceptable from brand like you.

The tat starts from 23 aug 2018 so it’s almost 74 days.

Refund our funds or you will have to pay per day i penalty as per rbi guidelines if delayed.
