I have booked the flat on 28 Aug 2020 And because of some family gives I am. Incapable to go for flat.
I have mentioned them for my refund yet they are rejecting it and saying we have said you it wil not be refundable what not.
It isn’t normal as a brand like kolte patil the booking sum I have paid is 1 lakh.
It would be ideal if you help me with this as I am confronting clinical issues at my home.
