Okay. So it’s a long story. I bought a laptop on JD app. And I didn’t even open in from the beginning, cause I was out of city, so I started to use it after 1 week from the delivery day. I used it for maybe 7-10 days and it started to restart by itself. I thought it’s a normal thing, maybe it’s updating or something like that. But after 2 days from that, it started to show me a blue screen saying “your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart…” After that I asked my chinese friend to talk to JD company, cause I can’t speak Chinese. And JD company agreed to fix the computer, however I didn’t have warranty. The delivery guy from JD took the laptop, but he dropped it on the way. So he really damaged the laptop. After that, I asked to send me my money back or give me a new laptop. JD refused it and said they’ll just fix the inside problem. They said I don’t have any choice, but agree with that and get 100 rmb. They sent me the laptop back and on the same day it had the blue screen problem again. They took it to fix again. And sent me 800 rmb compensation. Brought it back- blue screen again. And also the charger of the laptop burned and could cause a fire if I wasn’t around. The sent me the new charger. And every time they say that they fixed the blue screen problem, but the problem never went away. It’s been like this since May or June!!!! I can’t tolerate it anymore, I don’t know who else to ask for help!
