No reimbursement for orders that are canceled.
I placed an order for a basket of roses on February 17th, 24. I was notified that a bunch of roses would be delivered instead of the basket. I said that this was dishonest, so I canceled the order and received written confirmation. However, I haven’t received my refund yet, even though I’ve followed up. My worst encounter with this con artist is this one.
