Dear sir,

I placed an order in www.myflowergift.com on July 28, 2019 4:38:35 PM IST and requested to deliver on August 3rd, and I have done all the payment at the time of order itslef, I have done payment for delivery and for the gift also..but On August 2 I recieved and email and call from www.myflowergift.com and said that I have to pay additional 400INR in order to deliver my order, and It was not mentioned during the time of order, I can attach all the proofs, and I asked them to cancel if they cannot deliver it and revert back my money..now I haven’t received the order and my money also gone, they are saying they will not give the money back.

Kindly do something to avoid such online cheating sir,
