I ordered cake and flower online from a website named myflowergift. com on 18/08/2017 to send 1/2 kg cake and bunch of flowers roses to my friend in Malappuram for the cost of Rs.1675 including midnight delivery charge of Rs. 250, my order number is 100050054 and I paid it through HDFC netbanking. Next day on 19/08/2017 when I called to the number 9886722619 to confirm about the midnight delivery, a lady who spoke from the other side informed me that there is no midnight delivery and they will deliver it on daytime if I pay additional Rs. 250/-, she was so rude that she was not even listening to what I was telling, she told you either pay additional Rs. 250 or we will cancel your order. The money I paid will be there in my credit which I can use within one year and cut short my call. I had no other option than paying additional Rs. 250/-
to save my Rs. 1675/- I already paid. Next day, on 20/19/2017, they delivered the product to said addressed at around 01:00 p.m. after many phone calls from my side and worst part is that they delivered a very normal flower bouquet which will not cost more than Rs. 150/- and a cake which I was not ordered. When I called the above said number for clarification, she was even more rude and cut my call.
