Very very bad service!!!
They seems Fraud.

I have ordered (Basket of 15 Red Roses with 1 Pound Fresh Cream chocolate cake and set of 3 pcs of full blown balloons) of rs 2750 including extra charges of mid night delivery on 13th Feb 2014

The order is not deliver yet.
The customer care no( mobile no: 09886722619/09743966294) switched off in the night.

I call them in the morning, they talk rudely, they dnt even listen, don’t even say sorry.

Its 4 pm order is still not deliver.
They spoil my day, my surprise, my whole emotions.
The way they talk i feel they are fraud.

Please please do something, i want justice.
