Hello,

This is Murthy. I have ordered flower basket on July 6th 2016 to west godavari. it didnot give me any message saying it will not be delivered, but after paying INR 499 i have been told it will not be delivered. When i called customer service executive, she did not give any information properly just told me wait for one month, now it is 3 months, i have not received any refund from them inspite of sending many emails and calls. I have called them again and that lady spoke very arrogantly saying u have to wait, and it will take time, may i know how much time it will take, i did wait for 3 months. she later did not answer my calls.
