I had ordered an Item on Myntra.com around 1 month ago. First of all, they failed to deliver the item on time. Moreover, after some days it is showing as the delivery is done, though I haven’t received the item.

I spoke to customer care agents but they are not giving the resolution, instead, they keep on asking some more days to investigate the issue. They are running a fraud company. Strict action required against them.
