Hi,

I purchased a shoe from Myntra.com with order no : 97318909 on 19 November 2015 , and returned the product back to them citing size issues . They picked up the product on 23rd November 2015 and informed that it will take 8 business days to complete the whole procedure. Timeline passed but they didn’t respond instead when i called them they said that my product has failed quality check so they will be reshipping it back to my address but till date neither they have reshipped the product nor they have refunded the money.

I have contacted there customer service and spend nearly 200 Rs over the call but always they give false promises .

I don’t what is there problem they have kept money as well as the shoe with them.

Third class company with third class service.
