Respected Sir/Mam,
I ordered an watch from myntra (kenneth cole men silver-toned dial watch ikc1907) i have only received the box of the watch and a warranty card in it there was no watch in it.I ordered it on 24th march 2016.I received the box on 30th march.
My order no is- 113771795 and Invoice no is INV_209161233.and i have paid rs 10,225 through my debit card. I have complained it on myntra they told me to wait till 12-04-2016 for their inquiry propose as per their instruction.I waited till 12-04-2016.On 12-04-2016 they called me and told me that you have received the product.There is no mistake in our side we have sended you the genuine product and we have the video proof.
