I canceed my order in feb 2020 and i havent yet received my refund of Rs.2466. Its been 5 months now!! Myntra shows “refund successful” but my account isnt credited. I reached out to the bank with the reference id of the transaction, the bank said it hadnt received any refunds from myntra . I am frustrated running back and forth from bank to myntra helpline . Its been 5 months now! This is the worst platform i have ever experienced in online shopping.
