I returned one product because of the size issue which failed their quality check. According to them, they reshipped the product but it never reached me. They keep on re investigating the issue. The strange thing is they don’t have any tracking id of the courier service to find out where it has reached.
I have lost my money & the product is also gone. They have no helping attitude & I paid for their carelessness. Then they say we are their icon members, the Myntra insiders. I am definitely going to restrict myself from ordering through Myntra because of their doubtful credibility.
