The company is silent on the matter of refunding the advance paid.
Reason of asking for refund is failure of the company to provide guidance regarding visa appication and insulting telephonic replies by staff.
Demanding for full payment despite the disservice and no refund. Ledger shows payment received by company in cash, while in fact the same was made by NEFT.
