On August 11,2021 made an online purchase from Noracora Fashion U.K total purchase was $180.00 U.S. dollars. On August 13,2021 received an email stated merchandises were shipped. On August 28,2021 received two packages that were shipped from NJ in the U.S. not U.K. England. The picture that lured me into placing an order was a “cold shoulder lace white top”, after perusing several items made purchases. Upon reviewing merchandises only 5 items were received, two items had a ticket on merchandise, the others were in a clear sleeve bag with a label including the lace top, did not have the order item just the size. None of the merchandises received fit properly. Sizes ordered were L/XL, received M that was not ordered; XL was 2 sizes smaller. There was no itemized bill in the package, no return label. An Email dated August 28,2021 was sent to service @noracora.com to request a return label. Within minutes received a reply to look at the return policy which stated had 30 days to return merchandises. A return address was received after myriads of Email insisting to return merchandise. I was offered to keep all merchandises including those not yet received; to use a discount code of 20% to make more purchases or a 50% discount to make purchases, whichever I chose would be satisfactory INCLUDING KEEPING THE UNWANTED ITEMS! The address I received was based in China, written in Chinese destination Guangzhou, China, postage was to be paid by me and there may be custom fees. I was returning 6 items. In an email there was a very long instruction to return merchandises: I needed to create an itemized item list for ticketed items with the order number, style and price to be placed in a box with the merchandises. (This was not provided to customer, there was no itemized bill of payment received in any of packages). Only two items were ticketed out of 11 pieces of merchandises. When related information, was informed items without tickets will be difficult to credit.
This company sent Email stating they were subsidiary of Amazon, if this company is an associate of Amazon that is misleading. I went to amazon site and typed Noracora and found items purchased at the site. Then why mislead customers, why MYRIAD of E-communications and refusal to send return label to addresses received or the question one should ask WHO IS NORACORA FASHION, WHO IS THE PARENT COMPANY OF NORACORA FASHION UK???
The information received at time of purchase did not state no refunds, no returns would be accepted.
On September 8,2021 received another item purchased since August 11, from Springfield Gardens, Queens, NY. Again no ticket on item, a hard linen material top in a clear plastic, no order item just a size. Did not attempt to try it, another item to place on the itemized bill created.
When checked with the Postal service package would arrive in three-four weeks; therefore the numerous E-communications shortened number of weeks available to return package timely.
