I had booked a cab on OLA website at jabalpur on 10.15 AM for 6.30 PM (Narmada Road to Railway station, Jabalpur). CRN no provided to me was 135136549 and booking was confirmed. After which i did not receive driver name, mobile number till 6.08 PM, then i had to cancel it and this all troubled a lot. Please see to it.
