I was a customer of OLA and suddenly I found around 2 months back that they are asking me to create a new account and my account was linked to a different mobile number and I lost my OLA money. My email id was [email protected] and phone number was 9818996603. Now my email is assigned to a different number and OLA support couldn’t resolve it for last 1 month. Its sad that OLA couldn’t resolve simple issue which they verify easily. They don’t talk about my OLA money lost.
