I booked a OLA auto from Wind tunnel road , Bangalore to Indira nagara metro station , bangalore… through my ola app …. while booking it was shown Rs 32 as fare…..
But when I reach destination I got a bill of Rs 43 and when I asked the driver he told me to talk to customer care…

When I called customer care they told me to follow a web link to raise a complaint of extra fare charged instead of taking directly on call…

Ola customer care representative stated that they don’t have a policy of lodging complaint over phone calls….

My complaint against ola is regarding cheap service .., extra fare charging , wasting customers valuable time.. ( to take my own extra paid money back (9rs ) I may have to waste my whole day behind ola customer care service )….
So I kindly request you to teach ola a lesson how valuable a customer and his time is …
