Respected Sir/ Madam,
1. I wish to highlight the gross negligence on the part of OLA car company seeking payment for an already paid travel. The constant harassment to a soilder deployed on front line duties.
2. I have been looking to highlight the issue at the highest level but there is no grievance mechanism available with OLA Car company. The following issues need to clarified by the company
(a) I had earlier also highlighted that the money was paid in cash to the driver at Bhubneshwar airport. The company has not made any effort to get back to me on the subject and I am being constantly being harassed on phone and by emails to pay the bal amt.
(b) In between I also got mail from OLA Mr Mohammd Aqeeb to state that there are no dues on Nov 12. quote “

Ola Support” unquote, However the calls and e mails /messages continue at the rate of 4/5 per day.
(c) Further the company has failed to give me a confirmation of my OLA Account / Purse when I have not applied for it why has the facility been given to me. The same has been the reason for this error on the part of your company.
(d) Lastly I am a law abiding citizen of this country currently deployed on the frontline in J&K. Your constant engagement has been a major cause of stress for me and perhaps needs legal recourse.
On a 22 Jan I get a call from a number 91-7230969102 to say I need to pay for a legal notice without giving reply to any of my queries.
Such random calling is close to breach of privacy.
3. I will request for a look on the subject and firstly resolve the matter and get me compensation for the stress caused while on active duty despite informing the company the facts.
