I have booked my scooter on 16th July 2021, Paid advance amount on 15th Sept 2021 And the balance amount on 10 Nov 2021. Total amount paid 1,40,000. Initially company claimed the scooter will be delivered by 26th Nov 2021.
Then it postponed to 31 Dec 2021 Then again it postponed to 10 Jan 2022. Today its 26th Jan 2022, however i did not get my scooter yet. Every time i call to the customer care,
I only receive the standard response stating they have escated my issue and someone will contact me to resolve my issue. However it has been 15 days , till now no one connected me for further process,
I tried to connect ola team via twitter as well, however they are only busy in re twitting the good twitts rather resolving the issues of the customers like me who paid the complete amount more than 2 and half months ago.
I even twitted Ola ceo varun dubey and ola electric, however no one is responding to any of the tweets. They are responding only to positive tweets and ignoring in complains.
Please get this issue resolved as soon as possible, if they cannot deliver my vehicle, the advise them to refund the amount with compensation of 3 to 4 months of holding my money without any reason.
