My Uncle Sunil H Gajjar purchased OLA S1 Pro and below are the issues that he faced with his Vehicle within 70 days of delivery.
1) He requested to get his choice of number for multiple times to OLA team and they also confirmed at first that he will get his choice of number.
And he was managing the request. Now the issue is my uncle got vehicle number(GJ01VS9852) by OLA team directly without any confirmation which was not by his choice and after complaining multiple times with OLA support team.
They did not solve any query as well as one of the person from OLA team name Niravbhai threaten him that you need to take this number forcefully and also will not get any vehicle number of his own choice.
2) Second issue is when my uncle was driving the vehicle the battery percentage was at 35% and vehicle was in eco mode not the sport mode. OLA S1 pro suddenly stopped and software was showing battery percentage 0% and he had to tow the vehicle. How come suddenly battery got down from 35% to 0%
3) Company claimed 181 KM range for OLA S1 Pro but that is also not true and it is just around 135KM only which is false commitment to the customer.
4) Within 70 days OLA S1 pro jumper got issues but yes company did the replacement of this component but how come within short period of time this type of issue happened.
Are they delivering this vehicle with a non standard components or parts. Requesting to government to please look into this matter so that other customers/consumers will not face issue and please reach out to us as we have full proofs regarding the above issues.
