On May 17, I placed an order for an Ola S1 scooter with the order ID 0523-ELD312. by using my one card to pay the entire amount.
They sent me a message on June 1 asking for 15K before we could deliver the scooter. On June 2nd, I canceled my order.
I received word that my money would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. but it has been 20 days as of today.
My refund money has not yet been credited to my account.
I try to call customer service every day, and I’ve written many emails to ola support asking for assistance. but I never heard back from them. Please assist me.
