I purchased ola S1 bike using one card on 23rd jan 2023. One… ਹੋਰ card was debited with 1,13,284/-
My ola booking id OET-888494114241022-UDC223, but due to personal reason I cancelled the ola s1 booking on 25.01.2023 and booked S1 pro.
I received Ola refund initiated receipt dt 25 Jan 2023 for Rs.1,18,284/-.
But still on 17.2.2023, after 22 days i have not yet received the refund in the source account which is my one credit cards. On 16.02.2023 monthly bill was generated for the credit card. Now it will affect my cibil score.
Since amount is not credited even after 15th working days, Now one card is asking for ola refund reference number to raise dispute.
I have mailed so many times to ola customer care but only auto generated mail is coming but no response.
