I have purchased a Mi Note 3 from mi.com and also purchased mi protect from one assist along with that.
But when the time came came to get the phone repaired they took the phone with delays and after few week they sent a email that phone can’t be repaired and they will reimburse me with insurance account which is totally scam as my phone was in working condition only the glass was cracked from bottom. I asked them to return the phone as I don’t want it to be repaired then they asked to send email that you have to specify that you will not want to be or customer (looks fishy to me) since I needed my phone back I sent the email, but still it’s months now yet I have not got my phone back.
