I have booked a sleeper bearth and it’s been confirmed two days prior to my travel. This is with Paulo travels. After my journey started staff said bus was full and provided me seat. I called their office and spoke to the staff but no proper response. I have paid for sleeper berth and got a seat. Due to night shift I booked bearth so I can rest and reschedule my Destination taking rest.
