I have booked seat no 5. Now informing that seat no. Is 18. Last seat . And also informed that bus was cancelled if you’re told me before in morning i would have cancelled it. Otherwise you could have cancelled. I would have opted for other bus service. And the your customer care and driver are behaving rudely. If i not get proper reply i have to complaint regarding this issue.
Called several times to your office. Still no response
My pick up point was kachiguda tourist hotel and they asked to come to nampally metro station and also informed at 3:30 pm spent 150 rs for auto and got to pick up van
