I need refund against the ticket I booked of 4th may from yerwada to sawantwadi through redbus..But the bus left the pickup point before the scheduled time from yerwada… So I went to next pickup point swargate to catch the bus… And i informed the driver as well as paulo travels office too about this.. But there also driver departed before scheduled time and left me waiting there at the stop…on calls they were arguing with us, misbehaving with us..and..miscommunicate with us about their reaching to pickup points…after this incident i was calling paulo travels office.. But they didn’t answered my calls… I need my all money back.. I NEED REFUND ASAP
