Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered one pair of Alberto Torresi Black Formal Shoes from Paytm on 24th December, 2015 and my order id is 1420842329, and they delivered me it on 1st January, 2016, but when i opened the parcel, it was some other design.
On 2nd January, 2016, I requested for return pick up and asked them (Paytm) to deliver me the same thing which i have ordered, but now they are refunding my money instead of delivering me the same pair of shoes which i have ordered. I have requested them to not to refund my money and send me the same thing which had been ordered by me.
Kindly do the needful and give justice to the above ordered product and me too.
