According to me For 22 carrot gold price for 10gm in abudhabi is 2182 AED,but they charged me 6182 AED for 12.33 grams of gold which was wrong billing done for they stated that I would get the bill on mail and when I received it, it showed without the weight of gold and then I mailed them to generate another receipt with weight of the gold and then it shows that the weight is 12.33 grams for which I paid 6182 AED hence I have paid extra amount for the same because the amount for the 12.33 grams should be not more than 2250 AED approximately but they charged me more than the market rate and I requsted them for a refund, So I reques you to look into this matter as it was a very big amount and try to refund the pending amount as soon as possible and also do the necessary actions so in future they do not cheat again and for this they should be charged with penalty.
