I had purchased an O’General 1.5 ton AC from the following distributor. RAVI Electronics, Palakollu, West Godavari District. After 11 Months my A.C is did not cooling. I had complaint to the above distributor. The Distributor said need to filling the gas. He said that charges are applicable on warranty period and not responding, warranty is their buy date 24.04.2015. please rectify the my problem.
