I have booked flat in Guarav Residency, name of the building is “Aster” B wing, in June 2011. The registration of the flat was done in Aug 2011, I have paid some 10+ lacs which including registration, service taxes and payments to builder. The builder has promised for possession in Dec 2013, but due to legal issues builder is unable to provide the possession till date. I have tried approaching the builder several times by personal visits, phone calls and email, but there was no proper response from builder till date.

I have sent at least 73 emails till date, hardly they have responded to 4 emails.

Every time i call, they says concern person not available call after some time, even when they are in office.

They never want to give mobile numbers of concern person and it is almost impossible to reach them over landline.

Ravi Groups is very poor in customer service.
