I had booked the flat in Gaurav Discovery building no 2 on 13/11/2012 and subsequently I have paid all the instalments as per the demand made by builder M/s Ravi Group. I also paid for stilted parking slot Though the said flat was to be ready and possession is given before 2015, but construction work was halted at second floor level only. I have several times telephoned and was always informed that the work will commence shortly and in another 6-8 months time possession will be delivered and further my email have not been responded.
Now I wish to know as to the present status of the project. And when the construction will commence and when the builder will hand over the possession of the flat and, whether the builder has been following the provisions of Real Estate Act which is in operation at present.
I request you to take approtriate legal and other actions against the builder in the above matter
