Ravi Group is one lousy builder, We booked our flat (Gaurav Discovery B wing 101) in 2012 they said Passation will be in 2014 at the time of booking, while registration the date changes to Dec 2015, now when i called them (NOV 2015) the date again got postponed to NOV 2016. We have been waiting to gat our house ready from last 2 years and paying rent. and the builder is so irresponsible that they don’t even give you proper reason why passation date is getting delayed.
