I have booked the flat in gaurav discovery building j on April 16 and possession was promised on July 18. Work is done only up to 3 slabs as I have seen at the time of booking .Now there is no progress in the work . No one is telling the truth what is happening for not progressing the work.Pl. Provide me detail of procedure for getting the refund of money
