Ravi Group (Under brand – Gaurav) is a cheater and a fraud construction Company. They mention project a a unique and deliver nothing. They sell parking and later fail to deliver dedicated parking mentioned in allotment letter.

They keep extending project timelines, Gaurav Excellency project is incomplete since last 5 Years and will not complete for next 5 years. They have registered agreements with flat owners in the Year 2010, 2011 and still buildings are incomplete.

Request purchaser not to book any flats with Ravi Group, you will find their projects cheaper then other project but you will stuck with nothing.
