Had lured many consumers in buying Era & Discovery projects at Ekta Nagar, & Charkop, Kandivili(W) Mumbai. Project is in delay since 2014. Even sold Projects to Origin Builder, who has office at 8th Flr, Vaibhav Chambers, BKC, Bandra (E) with new Name as ARISE, Le Meridian without any intimation to us. Origin Builders have taken over without liabilities and say had applied for RERA, can they get RERA Registration

We only request you to check the records of Ravi Group Builders, which are on hold and refund money of those stucked in the project with Interest. Also request you to punish such Builder with heavy penalties and imprisonment.

Gaurav Shah from Ravi Group is the owner of that Project
