My name Shirish Ramesh mishra I have executed sale agreement on the 28th of December 2013 at Gaurav Discovery-ii building Gaurav wing-F 1 st floor flat no.102. I had incurred not only a financial loss but a loss of my time for your inefficacy. Over and above for your lapse of of Three and half years has result in ZERO. I had not received any response from your side after the several reminder letters for stop the construction of activities till today. Therefore it is once again humbly requested to kindly provide me with a details of the progress of works and date of compilation of building of the above mentioned works. please note that failing to comply your response of my letter which i will be constrained to initiate legal proceedings against you and your company in the court of law, entirely at your risk costs and consequences which you may please note.
