We had booked a flat in Ravi Group in 2011 with promise from their side that the flat possession would be done within 3 years. However, today’s situation is that they have not been able to construct even all 22 floors of the building. They had committed to deliver the flat by Dec 2015 and now they are talking about 12-15 more months. We have a signed letter by Gaurav Shah and have met him twice but got only false promised from his side. They should be paying us rent since they are running 3 years behind schedule and further pushing dates every day. We are cheated like so many other families who made a mistake buying a flat with Fraudsters Ravi Group.
