The builder had promised to give possession of the above building in dec 2014. The building has completed 2 floors out of 23 floors till april 2017 when i last visited, i came to know from other source that the construction has been stopped because they do not have the required permission. The builder always promises that they will get permission next month in 15 days so on and so forth. They are all a bunch of liars and thieves. How can such companies continue if they are not hand in glove with the government departments. I had asked for a refund with interest but no reply. Now they have come up with a new way of cheating people, they informed me that the buildings a and b will be completed this year end and they gave me an opetion to shift from f to a or b but of course the difference of the rate for the extra area to be paid as per current rate and also 5 lakhs for car parking and 80 percent of the construction cost. I have refused this. I am taking this case to lok adalat
