I had placed an order of 3 night suits on 31st December 2020 night and received them on 11th Jan only to see that it’s not the order I placed.
Firstly the order is wrong and I did not receive what I ordered.
Secondly the quality of the order received is not even close to what is shown on the website.
One of the night suits has a name and address on it and looks like it was sent back to rubynight for refund and your team did not care to check the package properly before resending it to me.
This is my first purchase with Rubynight and I am very disappointed with the first experience. I do not expect any exchange after seeing the quality of the product received.
Please initiate a return and refund immediately.
There is only scope of attaching 1 image so only attaching one.
Have sent rubynight multiple emails since 11th January and there is no response from them at all..
This goes to show how unprofessional their team is and the entire website now looks like a scam.
I need my money refunded immediately or else a different action would be taken against the website.
After receiving the package I looked out for the reviews on rubynight and there doesn’t seem to be one good review about them.
