My name is manish padaya. I booked flat in 2016 with ruparel reality kandivali west under project name code name west park. Possetion was in 2019. Till now they relaunching project. We went at ruparel office many times but everybody passing the ball nobody care. Plz look after my matter as i gave token ammount. Nobody take responsibility from ruparel builders.

    PLEASE SEND A LEAGAL NOTICE TO THE BUILDER AND ALSO COMPLAIN IN THE CONSUMER COURT AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE ALL YOUR AMOUNT BACK AS PER RERA LAW A BUILDER CANT CHARGE YOU ANY FEES IF YOU HAVE NOT BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM HIM

    Hi i have too booked a flat in ruparel west park and now after so many mails and calls and even personal visit to their head office no one cares to answer.
    I guess we need to make a group whoever has booked in this project and file a suit.
