Since we have not received our late pre-emi reimbursement for the past six months, I have been following up with the Ruparel staff.
The total is already close to 3 lakhs, which is a considerable sum for the average person.
I reserved the Pride apartment via the sub-vention programme, but the Ruparel team hastily omitted the sub-vention programme from the contract and is taking advantage of this omission to postpone the payment of our hard-earned money by six months.
I’ve tried phoning, emailing, and texting them, but I’ve received no response. I’ve also tried going to their Matunga office, but I was not permitted to see any team members.
As many consumers, like myself, have written about this and filed complaints with MahaRera, but the Ruparel team doesn’t appear to abide by them, I humbly ask the Consumer Complaints Authority to look into this and assist.
